2. Products and Services
The company offers art photos and handcrafted frames.
The dimensions given are expressed in centimetres and correspond to the format of the image, to which must be added the dimensions of the chosen finish, approximately 5 cm in total for the American case finish, 10 to 12 cm in total for the living frame finish, and about 3 cm in total for the Deko frame finish.
For printing on aluminium Dibon or Plexi the given size corresponds to the size of the finished product.
For posters and prints the given size corresponds to the size of the paper, including margins.
These values are not contractual and may be changed without notice.
3. Payment methods
Prices are those shown on the website zenandwildgallery.com at the moment of the connection and the applicable prices are those indicated on the Site on the date of the confirmation of the order. No price changes will apply to orders being processed.
For consumers, prices are mentioned in Euro and are not subject to VAT.
Payment is made online through a secure payment system, Stripe or Paypal (bank card), or by any other means mentioned on the site.
The validated order will be effective after agreement of the bank payment centre. In case of refusal of the center, the order will be automatically cancelled and will give rise to a cancellation notice (either directly on the site when processing your online order or later by e-mail).

The automatic order recording systems are proof of the nature, content and date of the order. A confirmation of acceptance of the order is sent to the email address communicated.
The seller retains ownership of the goods sent (drawing, framing, complementary products, etc.) until they are fully paid.

All Fine Art prints of the "Black & Square", "Wide & Wild" and "Zen & Wild Colorama" series are limited to 99 copies, and are delivered numbered and signed on the back (simple or framed prints).
The printing of the posters is not limited and the name of the image is printed under it with the mention of the site, the paper used is not the same as for Fine Art photos and they are not signed.
Limited draw rates may change depending on availability, as outlined in Art. 3 prices are those indicated on the site at the moment of connection and the applicable prices are those indicated on the site zenandwildgallery.com on the date of confirmation of the order.

5. Delivery & Returns
The photographic work is delivered to the delivery address indicated in the order. Pursuant to Article 28 of the Law of 3 January 2008, the delivery times of the order are mentioned on the descriptive web page of the product. Follow-up of your order is sent regularly to the buyer by the seller.
